Backorders

3D Molecular Designs strives to have all items in stock and to ship each order within two business days of receipt. When that is not possible, our customer service team will reach out to let you know which items are not immediately available and provide an estimated ship date for the backordered items.

For orders with backordered items, an option will be given to split your order to ship in-stock items right away and backordered items as they become available or hold your whole order until all items are available to ship together. There is no additional cost to split an order, however, split orders paying with a purchase order will be billed on separate invoices.
