Replacements for Defective or Missing Parts

While quality is very important to us at 3D Molecular Designs, it is possible one of your kits could have slipped through our quality control checks and contain defective or missing parts. Should this happen, we will happily replace or refurbish the parts at no cost to you! There are two ways to contact us for a refurbishment/replacement:

When requesting a refurbishment/replacement, please include the following information in your email or have it available when calling:

  • School/Company
  • Name
  • Order/PO Number
  • Defective/Missing Part(s)
  • Tracking Date Stamp (this can be located on the bottom/back of your kit box/bag)
  • It is also helpful to include any pictures or additional information
