Return Policy

It is our commitment to provide customers with the best value, at the best price. We value your business and strive to offer the highest quality products at the lowest prices possible.  If you are not satisfied with a product, please email customer service at customerservice@3dmoleculardesigns.com or call 414-774-6562 so that we may address your concerns.

Defective products will be replaced or refurbished at our expense. Returns necessitated due to an error on our end will also be accepted at our expense. Please call our office to discuss any issues and to have a UPS return label sent to you. 

Returns initiated by the customer (i.e. duplicate orders/unwanted goods) will be accepted if in new condition. If you need to return an item, you may request a return shipping label. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged for each item returned. Once goods are received and quality checked, a credit memo/refund will be issued for the returned goods.
