Returns

You may request a return shipping label if you need to return an item. Once the return is processed, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.

Steps to Return an Item:

1. Please request a Return: Contact our customer service to initiate a return and receive your return shipping label (contactus@3dmoleculardesigns.com or call 414-774-3363).
2. Prepare Your Package: Print the label, attach it to your package, and make sure the item is securely packed.
3. Send the Package: Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
